Great interview and resource for runners! I’m a PT and currently running about 30 miles per week (much much slower than Brady 🤣) and found his answers aligned with my current understanding of training. I’m less up on the tech side (reliability of smart watches, super shoes) and found these answers helpful as well. I might have to invest in my first plated shoe…

What stands out is how much of running performance still comes down to simple levers: consistency, appropriate intensity distribution, and recovery rather than chasing complexity.

The reminder that most injury and plateau issues come from load changes and not “advanced programming” is especially relevant across endurance sports and long-term metabolic health outcomes.
